new bike

so i got a new bike.

i know wht you're thinking, how many does THAT make, but this one is slightly different. This one has a grand total of 17$ invested. Its an old P.O.S. gitane that got donated with a rear freewheel wheel and a crank, seat, seatpost, headset and stem. I scavanged the rest from my bone box at work. only purchases were chain and brake, totaling 17$. I think i'm gonna give it to the wife, tho it is a tad big for her. What the hey, it's better than spending a piss load of money on a bike that doesn't get used, like many richbitch bike shop patrons. Riding the bike is SUPER fun, and has resparked my longing to ride. Think i'll be dusting off the 1x speed cross and go for a little ridezies this evening.
