pain in the neck

This week has been a nightmare. First, i got a cold in the middle of the hottest patch of the season. I'm pretty much over it now, but it was definitely raging at the beginning of the week> Then, just when the cold started giving out, i woke up with a huge pain in my neck. The old "slept on it wrong". Well, this is sore neck day #4. I think it may be time to get a new pillow.
